add form will simplify the way users can create new Sales orders, Job Orders, Price quotes or even add new item types.

  • See the jobs visually (thumbnail mode) or as a list (list mode) for easier management
  • Job orders are sorted automatically based on priority or due dates.
  • Restrict the view of jobs based on user permissions: your workers will only see jobs that need their level of knowledge, while your contractor or other employees will see only the jobs that need their level of knowledge.
  • Move, search and assign jobs to users by scanning barcodes printed on the job envelopes, labels or job documents.
  • Avoid lateness of completion of job orders by receiving timely alerts, visually highlighted in yellow (warning) and red (late).
  • Add as many images or notes as you want to any job order at any time during the processing of the job. You can even use any generic USB web camera to take the pictures – just plug in a camera a snap the pictures, right from AGRISYNCRO! Or just drag & drop any file image onto the job order form.
  • Export data to Excel: sometimes it can be useful to have the AGRISYNCRO data you’ve been working with stored in a simpler format. For this reason, we’ve made it possible to export grid data, exactly as you see it in AGRISYNCRO after using any of the custom filters, directly into an Excel format using the Export data to Excel feature. This makes it possible for you to share AGRISYNCRO information with others who may not be familiar with AGRISYNCRO. Excel sheets can be easily converted to other formats such as .csv if necessary.
  • Rich filters: AGRISYNCRO modules include filters which are tailored specifically for sifting through the information from their corresponding modules. This allows users to very accurately filter the data based on complex criteria, ensuring that the desired information is always at hand.

  • Consigned products (memo) and items sent out on memos can be tracked separately based on the customer or vendor and can be billed automatically once they are sold or returned. Additionally, sales representatives may be assigned to consignments which allow tracking the sales of individual sales representative users and calculating their individual commissions.
  • Returned consignments can be tracked separately and the inventory is updated automatically once the consigned items have been returned.
  • Starting supplies inventory mixing: AGRISYNCRO’s inventory mixer module can be used to mix from available components and inventory. The mixing calculations are automatically done by AGRISYNCRO,

Since AGRISYNCRO has all the information needed to calculate your inventory needs, it can order items just when you need them, thereby providing for a lean, “just-in-time” inventory-driven manufacturing process.

  • Automated purchasing: based on the inventory needs and reorder levels set, it can generate Purchase Orders to your vendors and send them out either after you approve them or automatically.
  • Supply receiving: when purchased items arrive, you can track the contents of the package by taking images of the incoming items
  • Receipt of Goods: AGRISYNCRO can track the received items and components which have been ordered from other vendors. Know exactly what you received, from whom, in what quantity and at what price. The received items are also automatically added to the inventory.
  • The Vendor return feature allows you to send back goods to your vendor or supplier, referring to the original PO. The return can be followed by return documentation printed and attached to the shipment. Upon changing the VR status to Sent, AGRISYNCRO will remove the returned item(s) from your inventory.
  • Restock items function – by setting up the minimum, maximum and reorder quantities on Item group or Item type level, you can make sure that you don’t run out of certain raw materials, and make sure that you always have enough on stock of your best-selling items. Navigate to the ‘Restock items’ tab and filter the items that are below the minimum quantity. Generating POs from here is easy-peasy. 
  • Required items on Job Orders is a unique feature that allows you to create POs based on active Job Orders. Just select the Job Order(s) and order any of the items or components that the JO requires.
  • Email, print, or export – choose the best method for submitting the POs to your vendors. Emailing is the fastest method, but you can print individual or multiple POs with two clicks or export the complete PO list into an Excel sheet.
  • Multicurrency on POs – if you order items from abroad and get invoices in a foreign currency, you can choose to enter the prices and costs in a different currency. You can set a default foreign currency for each vendor. AGRISYNCRO can automatically fetch the actual currency exchange rates and calculate the right price, whether you enter the price in your vendor’s currency or in the system’s currency.

  • Print job envelopes (job bags) and labels with barcode and job image that helps you to easily identify job items. The entire production process can be guided with solely using bar code readers – this eliminates errors and facilitates the flow of materials through your shop.
  • Backorders: in cases when customers make large quantity orders, faults can sometimes occur during the production phase and some of the items need to be sent back into production (backorder). In such events, the order’s full quantity cannot be shipped without delay. During invoicing, AGRISYNCRO’s Backorder functionality allows you to keep track of the quantities sent back into production and also to automatically generate the necessary job orders for the backorder items, while at the same time allowing you to invoice the available quantities.

Timekeeping users represent a special user group in AGRISYNCRO with a specific view and action roles:

  • 'Manage jobs' screen: this is a management screen where the user allocation happens with a simple drag and drop.
  • Manager actions: assign jobs to users, activity pre-assignment, reject jobs, add job memos, add items to jobs, insert a service to a job workflow, route the job to the next service, delete jobs, job filtering, see the user workload.
  • 'My jobs' screen: the Timekeeping user (farmer) would see only the jobs that are assigned to him/her.
  • Timekeeping user job actions: see the job details, select and start an activity, pause and continue an activity, add job memo, enter item weights, route the job to the next service, send the job back to the manager.
  • Timekeeping user non-job actions: clock-in, clock out, take a launch break, or other non-job actions like meetings.

The app comes with configurable activity types and with a time tracking tool: you will not only see how much time your employee worked a day, but you can get a detailed report on how much time they spent working on a specific job or product.
